We introduced Priory’s 8th year students (6th grade) to our communications project.  They were very excited about being able to talk with students from America.  The students logged into the Wiki, and posted a reply to our first discussion question, “What color is your iPod?”  They had a great time learning how to use the Wiki.  We wished we would have had more time with them.  The project is ready to go full speed ahead!

In the evening we were invited to join the Bangor City Council Meeting.  The City of Bangor seat of government is in an old castle appropriately named Bangor Castle.  Dr. Smith and Mr. McCreadie were both invited to address the council.  

Afterwards we dined with the Mayor and his wife, members of the Bangor City Council and officials from the school board and Priory.
