The funding for our trip to Northern Ireland was given the final OK!  Our excited group of travelers will depart Norfolk, Virginia on April 6, 2008 and arrive in Belfast, Northern Ireland Monday, April 7.

The members of our traveling group will be Kempsville Middle School Principal, Dr. James Smith, AVID Coordinator, Mr. Scott McKenzie, 8th Grade English Teacher, Ms. Mary Gilman and myself, Diann Caviness, Computer Resourse Specialist.

Please follow our journey as we travel to Northern Ireland!  We will be posting daily blogs, slideshows and videos of our activities.  We want to take the students of Kempville Middle along virtually as we travel and explore the beautiful countryside of Northern Ireland.
